The premier membership is paid in full. This currently sells new for $12,600 when purchased new from Worldmark Anaheim sales. The anniversary is February 1st of each year. In this package, there are 5,470 vacation credits remaining for 2008. You can also borrow 6,000 credits from 2009’s allocation, which gives you a total of 11,470 credits. Maintenance fees are $106.44 every 3 months (Approx $426 annual). These fees are current and paid through October 2008. The winner of this auction will receive all rights and privileges associated with Worldmark Anaheim. This includes access to additional vacations using Bonus Time at a rate of $.044 per credit. The following information pertains to the winner of this auction: Auction winner is responsible for the winning bid, the transfer fee of $150, and listing and payment fees of $200.
