Short trip to the boat launch to Catalina Island, and Queen Mary. Short drive to Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and other areas. Low maintenance / cost unit is a great alternative to a single family house, without sacrificing the space. First floor level offers easy access in and out of unit. Front bedroom has entry to jack and jill 3/4 bathroom. Rear bedroom is adjacent to full bathroom in back. Private enclosed garage for one car, with a bonus uncovered spot right at the front door for a second (see photo below, the white car is parked in the bonus space, the entry just to the left of the car is the unit's front door) Double entry kitchen has original canary yellow tile and cabinetry. Nice breezy unit with front and back doors to let the fresh ocean air in. Small private paved patio in rear. Spacious bedrooms at 12 ft x 14 1/2 ft allow ample room for a king size bed and furniture. Large floor to ceiling closets along the wall Seemingly endless closet space through the unit. Original retro cabinet and tile in both bathrooms in excellent shape. New shutters installed in the front windows, fresh paint throughout. Most condos have shared parking lots, with minimal or no ability for storage. Direct entry into this private garage allows the owner to use the over 200 sq ft additional space however they see fit. Low association dues at approx $150 per month includes hot/cold water, trash, free community laundry, maintenance / gardening outside the unit and building insurance. The city of Long Beach is close to many So Cal hotspots including Disneyland, Angels stadium, downtown LA, Laguna Beach among many others. Nice coastal Mediterranean climate is not too hot in the summer, not too cold in the winter. Average electric bill is $50 per month. For those rare hot days, there are 2 window air conditioners installed in both bedrooms which have seen little use. For importers - exporters, Long Beach is an excellent location to stay while attending to business needs. The port of Long Beach and Los Angeles is far enough away that you don't know it's there, but close enough that it's only a 5 min drive away.
