This contract is 100% guaranteed free & clear and the maintenance fees are paid up through 2008. This year's maintenance fee was $1,095 and annual increases are capped at a maximum of 6%, but they have always been much smaller, because the increases are tied to the rate of consumer inflation in the USA.
