Home insurance was about the same ($600/year) that is for insurance to cover a $200,000 house as that it the true value of the home and it would cost at least that much to replace. The house is half a mile from the town water source and has excellent water pressure and is on town water and sewer. We don't get hurricanes this far inland. This area is among the highest land in Florida and doesn't experience coastal flooding and has never been hit by a hurricane to my knowledge. There is no damage to the house. There is absoulutely nothing wrong with this place, no tricks up my sleeve. I've lived here and owned it for over 4 years and during that time have renovated every inch of the property and there isn't anything required that a new owner would have to do. If you don't like the colors I guess you could repaint but that is about it. I can't think of much else. I've never rented this to anyone. It's been my house and I now have to sell it but I'm not interested in renting it out. There is a Hospital with 24 hr. emergency room 1/2 a mile away.
