If you enjoy shows and plays Charlotte County has a convention center. Also nearby Ft Myers and Sarasota have several venues with big names and broadway tours. Lots of groups in area Kiwanis, Jaycees, Garden club, Yacht club, boat club, Red hatters, jr womens leaque and womens league, Charlotte players, Michigan Club, Italian American club, Lions, Moose, Elks, Conquistadors, and a zillion more. New paint inside and out even in the garage and the garage floor.  Large laundry room with washer and dryer and cabinets above for all laundry needs and a hanging rod. Outdoor lighting. 2 air conditioners. leased alarm system  (rarely used). New hot water heater All sizes are approximate and should be verified by buyer.  Local pool service available  or do it yourself, brush it down once a week, check chemicals and add if needed about a 20 min job. new pool pump recently installed.   Place a Bid!
