Imagine this fabulous floating entertainment complex on your waterfront property.  This floating facility can easily be moved by water to your river location.  Larger than a football field, and over 50,000 square f of excitement.   It consists of four tenant spaces, outside deck, swimming pool, stage and 600 feet of boat docking.  This floating complex can bring exposure and parking revenues to your property.  Designed and bulit to BOCA and Coast Guard codes and regulations.  It can easily be converted to many uses including:  restaurants, nightclubs, banquet rooms, gaming, concert venues and more.   This one of a kind facility must be seen to be appreciated!     The Boardwalk floating restaurant and entertainment complex was built on four jumbo barges.  It consists of 2 two-story buildings connected with an enclosed deck.  Also, there is an outside deck with bars, stage and swimming pool.  There are four tenant spaces, two on the fist floor, and two on second floor.   The up river building on the platform is approximately 9000 square feet each floor.  The down river building on the platform is approximately   7000 square feet each floor.  The center enclosed area is approximately 5000 square feet.  There are three bridges.  The center bridge being 15 feet in width and the up and down river bridges are 10 feet in width each.  The floating boardwalk was designed and built to meet all local, state and federal BOCA building codes and was approved and certified by the US Coast Guard.   The floating boardwalk is 420 feet long, 87 feet wide and comes apart in the center.  It was designed so it can easily be secured to and moved by a tugboat.  The boardwalk was originally constructed at Marine Ways at Neville Island and moved from there to its present location in the Strip District.   The boardwalk utilities are supplied by a conduit under the main bridge which includes water, fire protection, electric, plumbing and sewage.  There are two 500 lb gallon sewage tanks, one for the up river and one for the down river platform and the sewage is pumped out by means of a main pump with a backup pump.  Each tenant space has separate utilities so that can be separately metered.  The boardwalk is also fully air-conditioned and sprinklers   The bottom of the boardwalk barges sits approximately 7 feet under the water line.  The top concrete  deck sits approximately 5 feet above the water line.
