Description This is a luxury 5 star rated resort that was just recently completed in early 2008!  My wife and I just purchased the timeshare one year ago so you will have the full 30 years of enjoyment from this purchase!  We are selling only because of a recent downsizing at my company that left me unemployed and my new job does not pay as much as the old one did.  The facility is located on one of the very few swimmable beaches in Cabo San Lucas and it's centrally located to all water activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, and booze cruising!  The features of this incredible resort include: a two level swimming pool with a swim up bar, whirlpool, solarium, beach bar, kids' pool, and a state of the art spa.  The junior suite unit includes a king bed and sofa bed, kitchenette, flat screen TV, and a terrace!  There are three restaurants on site and you are within walking distance of the famous Squid Row and Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo bar in downtown Cabo San Lucas!  This timeshare is an every other year program on the even years, and the week is floating with only weeks 47, 51, and 52 unavailable (Thanksgiving & Christmas/New Years).  However, there is a bonus week that is included every year that can be used at any resort within Interval Internationals network except for Casa Dorada, the only cost is for the reservation charge.  We purchased this timeshare for $13,500.00 and we have not had the opportunity to use it yet this year.  We are a little flexible in the price but there will be a reserve set for the sale.  The closing will be handled through a third party administrator to ensure proper legal documentation of title transfer.  As with any real estate purchase, closing fees will be paid by the purchaser.  On Jul-14-08 at 19:24:50 PDT, seller added the following information:Some valid questions were asked by a member so I will post for all to see.
