A very large room separated from the dining area and then  the living room area.The master bedroom has a jacuzzi and full large bathroom off to the left.  You can go out to the lanai /veranda from the master bedroom and also from the living area and other bedroom.  Each room has its own slider doors leading out to lanai.  You  can walk  into the unit, and to the left is a full kitchen with dishwasher, many cabinets full size fridge, pots and pans, and all utensils and other amenities normal to a kitchen, like a blender etc.  From the kitchen you can see the dining room area, then past that a small living room area with a pull out couch.  You can walk to the lanai from there as well.  There are 3 large televisions in the villa.Then to the right of the unit entrance is another bedroom, this one has a small fridge and 2 electric burners. this unit which can be locked out from the main unit if desired, has its own door to get in as well.  So two couples could go together and have privacy from each other.It has a full bath as well.  large t.v., pull-out couch and walkout to lanai.Total of two bedrooms, sleeps a total of 8 (2 people in pull-out couches in living room area, and the second bedroom with is 1 large room with a sleeper couch.If you win a week and want both weeks the price will be $50.00 less then double the price of the auction.SquareTrade Travel Verified 014792591639 THIS TIME SHARE IS ALSO FOR SALE IF INTERESTED.  $45,000 for one week and $89,000 for two weeks.
