This is a 1985 Trailer, only one (1) owner, owned and maintained by my mother. She is no longer able to live unassisted and we are need to sell the home. The Trailer needs nothing (except a loving owner), it is almost like new inside and the outside has been well maintained. There are no leaks, this trailer is sound as a rock. Yes, it does look as good as the photos make it look !  The Washer and Dryer come with the trailer. The Kitchen has a gas Stove but NO fridge.  There is Central Heating (gas) and AC, Carpet on all Floors through out, except kitchen which is Vinyl. There is a Full Carport Awning and Front Porch Awning which are included.  The Axles are attached to the trailer, but there are NO WHEELS. This unit MUST BE MOVED from it's present location.  (See additional note below) Moving will be the BUYERS Responsibility and MUST be accomplished within 90 days of the sale. If more than 90 days is necessary the buyer agrees to pay the current lot rental until the unit is moved. the current rental is    $ 185.00. 50 % of the final sale price MUST be received within 24 hours of the close of this listing. it is not refundable. I will need 15 days max. from date of sale to arrange for the removal of personal property still there.
