New Facts!!  30 June 2008 The pictures were taken about a mile away. But, the views and land is the same. Mainly sagebrush and open land. I had a lot of pictures of the place until a darn virus got my harddrive. Below is the info on the place. The GPS were taken on the corner markers. It is easy to find on Goggle Earth as there is only one road going North out of Alamosa.   NE 1/4 SW 1/4 RANGE 10 EAST SECTION 3 TOWNSHIP 38 NORTH ALAMOSA COUNTY TAX NUMBER 5285-032-00-168   NW CORNER 37' DEGREES 34.059"N / 105' DEGREES 52.570"W SW CORNER 37' DEGREES 33.837"N / 105' DEGREES 52.571 W NE CORNER 37' DEGREES 34.059" N / 105' DEGREES 52.301 W SE CORNER 37' DEGREES 33.845" N / 105' DEGREES 52.299 W   I put in metal stakes at the four corners but the NE one is in the middle of the farm road. So someone may have taken it out. The farm road is ours on three side until it meets the other section to the north. There is a Mobile home in the very first 40 acre section and is across from a small trailer park on Stanley Road. You can see it clearly on Goggle Earth. Just look where the Railroad and the Highway 17 split up and then look for the first road going west. That should be Stanley. It is only 4 miles outside of Alamosa. And hey, this is a realy nice area and I will not be lowering the price so get it now. So, call up Goggle Earth and star looking at all the photos as the markers turn up. There is a hidden waterfall to the east and you have a brand new National Park-Great Sand Dunes is in the first picture. It looks just like this from the property.
