Check my +944 feedbacks at over +7 years....this is a totally legit offer.Here's the deal:My elderly father-n-law bought all of these properties several years ago and intended to fix them up as rental properties. However, shortly after, he contracted lime disease and was confined to his own home to fight the disease with daily doses of intravenous antibiotics. Although he is doing much better now, he is not in any shape to travel from his home in Springfield, Virginia down to Huntington, WV where these properties are located. My father-n-law is a retired teacher and "handy man" by trade. He had invested an additional $50,000 in improvements in the properties before getting sick. Unfortunately, as the properties are vacant, the homeless and vandals have destroyed much of his improvements.My father-n-law bought all of these properties with CASH.....no mortgages or liens on the deeds. However, there is currently somewhere between $5 to $6,000 owed in back property taxes. Depending upon the amount of the winning bid, he may pay the taxes out of the proceeds of the sale. Basically....he just wants to be done with these properties. He is now receiving certified letters from a judge in Huntington, WV demanding that the properties be "cleaned up" or they will condemn and/or demolish the properties and charge him for any/all costs. As he is unable to work, he cannot afford to pay someone else to fix up the properties.
